Market context

Kazakhstan's forklifts and works trucks are almost entirely imported, and China is now the largest source. According to Kazakhstan Customs, the country imported USD 86.7 million of fork-lift and other works trucks with lifting equipment (HS 8427) in 2025, of which USD 47.6 million, or 55%, came from China, followed by France, Japan and Germany. In January–April 2026 imports reached USD 34.6 million, with China's share rising to 61%.

China Customs monthly data show the trend still accelerating: in 2025 China exported USD 48.7 million of forklifts (HS 8427) to Kazakhstan — 4,574 self-propelled trucks (2,341 electric, 2,233 internal-combustion and other) plus some 13,000 hand pallet trucks and similar. In January–July 2026 exports reached USD 35.9 million and 3,293 self-propelled trucks, up 40% and 38% on the same period of 2025. Compact loaders are even more concentrated: in 2025 China exported USD 151 million of front-end shovel loaders (HS 842951) to Kazakhstan, 86% of the country's imports of the product. Thousands of Chinese-brand machines are added to the installed base every year, while local specialist repair and parts capability lags behind — a business with twenty years' track record that already services LiuGong, Lonking and XCMG machines fills exactly the after-sales gap for Chinese manufacturers.

The asking price is USD 2.2 million and the sale covers the whole overhaul base: all premises and land, equipment, spare-parts stock, and the legal entity itself with all its official title documents. The party states annual revenue of about USD 200,000 and a current headcount of 17. Whether the price is negotiable, whether taxes and commissions are included, how staff are retained and how the company's existing receivables and liabilities are treated are all settled with the party during due diligence.
